Hip-Hop is a modern fusion between jazz and street dancing that includes a wide range of styles notably breaking, locking and popping. It is a fun and energizing form of dance in which is bound to loosen you up, help you let go and dance away. It is great for general fitness and most importantly is heaps of fun! This is an ideal way to combine fitness & dance.

Beginners (4 - 5 yo) - Mondays at 3:15 - 3:45 pm
Juniors (6 - 10 yo) - Saturdays at 2:30 - 3:30 pm
Intermediate (11 - 13 yo) - Saturdays at 12:15 - 1:15 pm
Seniors (13 - 16 yo) - Saturdays at 11 am to 12 pm
Adult (16+ yo) - Friday 7:30 to 8:30 pm
